Acceptable Use Policy

Lawful use

ZaynooHost services may only be used for lawful purposes. Customers are responsible for the content, applications, accounts, and traffic associated with their services.

Prohibited activity

Prohibited uses include malware distribution, phishing, credential theft, unsolicited bulk messaging, unauthorized access, denial-of-service activity, copyright infringement, deceptive schemes, and content that violates applicable law.

Resource abuse

Shared hosting may not be used in a way that materially degrades service for other customers, including sustained excessive CPU, memory, disk, process, or network usage.

Security responsibilities

Customers must maintain secure passwords, update website software, protect access credentials, and respond promptly to security notices.

Enforcement

We may investigate reported abuse, limit access, suspend a service, or terminate an account when necessary to protect customers and infrastructure. Urgent security threats may be acted upon without advance notice.
