Refund Policy

30-day hosting guarantee

Eligible new shared-hosting purchases may be cancelled within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund of the hosting fee, subject to the exclusions below.

Non-refundable items

Domain registrations, renewals, transfers, third-party licenses, setup work already completed, taxes, payment-processing costs where permitted, and other pass-through charges are not refundable.

Renewals

Renewal payments are generally non-refundable once a new service term begins. Customers should cancel before the renewal date when they do not wish to continue service.

How to request a refund

Open a billing ticket through the support portal and include the service name and reason for the request. Eligibility is reviewed against the order date and account status.

Abuse and policy violations

Services suspended or terminated for fraud, chargebacks, abuse, prohibited content, or violations of the Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible for refunds.
